Activists from Peace Now’s Jerusalem, Tel aviv, and youth chapters met yesterday in East Jerusalem for a tour led by Peace Now’s Settlement Watch team, Hagit Ofran and Eyal Raz. On the tour, we stopped at a number of stations important to understanding the complexity of the city, learned about the actualities of creating the capitol of the Palestinian state in East Jerusalem, and spoke with a resident of East Jerusalem about the way settlement expansion affects his daily life.
