Key Findings<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A. Settlements around and within East Jerusalem neighborhoods:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Advancement of plans for 33,519 new housing units for Israelis in East Jerusalem<\/strong>, through the approval of plans for deposit or final validation.<\/p>\n

Planning of four new settlements in East Jerusalem<\/strong>, located within or on the edges of Palestinian neighborhoods: Givat HaShaked, Kidmat Zion, the Lower Aqueduct, and Kiryat Menachem Begin in Sheikh Jarrah. (Two additional settlements\u2014Atarot and \u201cNahlat Shimon\u201d\u2014were advanced in January 2026.)<\/em><\/p>\n

Approval of the E1 plan<\/strong> and publication of tenders for its construction, alongside steps to seal off the entire Ma\u2019ale Adumim area (the heart of the West Bank) from Palestinians<\/strong>, including through the construction of a new road.<\/p>\n

Promotion of four new settlements in the outer ring surrounding East Jerusalem<\/strong>: Nahal Heletz, Shdema, Mishmar Yehuda, and Adam West.<\/p>\n

Development of road infrastructure<\/strong> around East Jerusalem at a cost of billions of shekels<\/strong> for the service of the settlements.<\/p>\n

B. Settlements within Palestinian neighborhoods:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Eviction of 11 families (64 individuals)<\/strong> from six homes in the Batan al-Hawa area of Silwan, followed by the entry of settlers into those properties. Dozens of additional families face imminent eviction.<\/p>\n

Demolition of 37 homes<\/strong> in the al-Bustan neighborhood of Silwan, as part of a process that threatens the destruction of the neighborhood in its entirety, leaving hundreds of residents displaced.<\/p>\n

Advancement of tourism-oriented settlement projects in Jerusalem\u2019s Historic Basin<\/strong>, including land expropriations for the cable car project to the Old City\/Silwan; the opening of a new visitors\u2019 center on the outskirts of Jabal Mukaber and the \u201cOmega\u201d project; and the opening of a tunnel connecting Silwan to the Western Wall excavations, running beneath homes in Silwan and under the Old City walls.<\/p>\n

Approximately 100 million shekels annually<\/strong> allocated to security for settlers within Palestinian neighborhoods in Jerusalem.<\/p>\n
