By passing the regulation bill, meant to retroactively legalize illegal construction on private Palestinian lands, the government will make theft a part of its official policy. The bill, which Israel&#8217;s Attorney General opposes, is contrary to international law, Jewish values and basic common sense. While Minister Bennett calls this a &#8220;democratic process&#8221; he is forgetting the millions of Palestinians, whose land will be legally taken by settlers, who are not a part of his democracy.
