On May first 2011, the Government promised to the court that the structures will be demolished within one year. Following this promise, the court ruled that given the government\u2019s promise, the petition was utilized, and dismissed the case. Unlike the case of Migron<\/a>, where the court ruled that the outpost must be evicted by July 1st<\/sup>, 2012, in Jabel Artis the court only registered the State\u2019s promise, but did not order the state to demolish the outpost.<\/p>\n According to reports<\/a>, Netanyahu asked the State Prosecutor\u2019s Office to examine whether a request can be lodged with the High Court to further delay the eviction.
