The closest settlement:  Nofim, at a distance of about 900 m as the crow flies.
Government or Minister of Defense approval for its establishment: None. (There is a decision with regard to Nofim).
Nature of land rights: State land + private Palestinian land on which an access road crosses, and some caravans have been placed on the private land.
Body which allocated the land: Allocation agreement with the Zionist Histadrut until 2029.
Planning status:  None (a plan for an educational institution was not approved because the political echelon did not give its approval).
Jurisdiction: Shomron Regional Council; within the jurisdiction of Nofim.
No. of inhabitants:  16 families, some 60 persons. 
Type of construction:  21 caravans, some of which are double caravans; a caravan serving as synagogue; 2 permanent structures; a frame for a future permanent structure to serve as synagogue; a container; a playground, perimeter lighting

NOTE: Assistant Minister of Defense Vardi approved the transfer of two caravans to the site to serve as a synagogue.
